To Scale: The Solar System by Wylie Overstreet is part documentary video, part astronomy lesson, and part land-art installation. Watch Overstreet set up a scale model of the solar system using a marble for Earth. The planets are lit up and the final results are filmed at night.

Verschleif is a cool video by Laurin Döpfner where he sands a variety of objects in half including wood, skull, and a DSLR. Shaving off small layers to expose the insides like an MRI. I found the DSLR GIF over on Reddit and I had to find the creator. It was thrilling to see that there was an entire video.

Les Trois Inventeurs by Michel Ocelot is a beautiful, stop-motion film made from cut paper. I find it charming and it's a great story of tradition vs. progress. This is the best quality I can find. Also there's a dubbed version over on Vimeo if you prefer.
