This week's collage from one of my books has bits from a roll of film, a poster, some wrapping paper, and a magazine image. The orange envelope and red waxed paper frames from other parts of the sketchbook add to the warm feel.
This page from one of my journals has torn swatches of color from an advertisement, a map, and an image from La Sonámbula. I'm picky about print quality, so a book with 25 copies means a lot of misprints.
Layers of vellum that obscure and reveal a magazine tear sheet and one of my grandfather's photo's. The image is from my Leiffing Through History piece: an installation, assemblage, and artist book dedicated to him.
