Odd future by Laura Chenault is the inside front cover from one of my sketchbooks. To me it's a glimpse into the future of this particular journal. The hanging fortune is from a fortune teller machine at Museé Méchanique.

Odd future is a mixed media collage by Laura Chenault. The photo is of an open spread of my sketchbook. On the left is cardboard with stickers, a petri dish, and the text "open your eyes". There's also a fortune on cardstock hanging down. On the right is the text "visions" and "odd future over a page from an instruction manual. Pink ink circles are drown over the directions.
