I'm following Paperholm, an amazing paper construction project by Charles Young. Every day Charles builds a tiny building, often with moving parts and photographs the whimsical results.

Les Trois Inventeurs by Michel Ocelot is a beautiful, stop-motion film made from cut paper. I find it charming and it's a great story of tradition vs. progress. This is the best quality I can find. Also there's a dubbed version over on Vimeo if you prefer.
