These gorgeous videos showing paths created by animals over time by Dennis Hlynsky in his series small brains on mass are just gorgeous. Below are some screen shots and a short video from the murmeration of starlings set, but you should really click over to his web site for more starlings, and crows, and water striders, and fruit flies, and, and... seriously I can't get enough of these. The soundtracks are subtle and the videos are peaceful and calm.
