I was one of two recipients of the Spring 2008 Yefim Cherkis Scholarhip for this piece. Keeping true to the spirit of the holiday, an altar has been created to showcase the book and to pay homage to our ancestors.
Please bring a photo of your ancestor to the opening. 2" x 3" frames will be available.

Update: A couple of photography students stopped by and two great friends hung out. Dave even stopped by for a quick, supportive cameo. Quite a few others have added their ancestors' names to the wall and a good number of family pictures have been added. The show is up for a couple more weeks if you missed the opening.
