While prepping for Behind Shattered Glass (you should definitely like the Facebook page), I took a trip down to Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve. Even after living in California for over 10 years, I am still enamored of redwood forests and this forest preserve is no exception. A beautiful hike with two of my favorite women to hang out with and to make movies with, Jorna and Chandra.
We shot some of the film at this location, but I especially love the grinch tree. Do you see it?

I have yet to see a mountain lion, but I've seen many of these signs while exploring. My favorite part, "If attacked, fight back".
